Realme 9 Pro 5G Software Update

Realme has started rolling out the incremental update of the June 2022 Security patch via OTA for the Realme 9 Pro 5G model. The latest security patch comes with the build number RMX3471_11.A.39 which has made some security and system improvements this time to enhance the user experience. This is a hotfix to the prior update of the device.

Realme 9 Pro 5G was released on 16th February 2022, with Realme UI 3.0-based Android 12 out-of-the-box.

For security purposes, the Android security patch has been updated to June 2022. System performance has been improved and some previously known issues have been fixed to improve system stability. With this update, there aren’t any major updates in this security patch.

Previously, the device had received the May 2022 Security patch – Realme 9 Pro 5G: May 2022 Security Patch with A.38 Build which brought some system and security fixes. For further details, you can refer to the link above.

Note that this is a staged rollout by Realme to ensure there are no critical bugs. It will be available to a few users and during the broader rollout, it will reach the rest of the users. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed within a few days.
