Realme 8 Pro: May 2022 Security Patch with A.48 Build

Realme 8 Pro Software Update:

Realme has started the phased rollout of the new May 2022 Android security patch via OTA for the Realme 8 Pro model. The latest security patch comes with the build number RMX3081_11.A.48 which brings some security and system updates with it. It doesn’t bring any major improvements to the system and fixed some minor issues in the new update.

Realme 8 Pro was released on 25th of March, 2021 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

With no major improvements, for the security changes, it integrates the April and May 2022 Android security patches. It also fixed some of the previously known system issues to improve system stability and the new update thus improving system performance in some cases to enhance the experience of the users.

Remember, this is a staged rollout so it will be randomly pushed to a limited number of users to ensure there are no critical bugs. If no critical bugs are found, the rollout will be fully completed in the upcoming days.
