Oneplus Nord: OxygenOS 11.1.8.8 with January 2022 Security Patch

Oneplus Nord Software Update:

Oneplus has released the OxygenOS 11.1.8.8 update for Oneplus Nord users, with January 2022 Security Patch this iterative OxygenOS update doesn’t bring any noticeable improvement apart from the security patch.

Oneplus Nord was released in 04th August,2020 with Android 10 out-of the box.

Previously, it was last seen running on OxygenOS 11.1.7.7 with November 2021 Security Patch, it had specifically fixed the call forwarding feature, along with system & stability improvements.

As far as Android 12 or OxygenOS 12 is concerned the Higher-end Oneplus devices are still struggling to get Android 12 Stable OTA Update, OG Nord users should at least expect a 5-6 months waiting period for the official OxygenOS 12 upgrade to arrive. [New Oneplus Point: 0 for the delay]
