OnePlus Nord 2: June 2022 Security Patch with A.21 Build for Android 11 (IN/EU)

OnePlus Nord 2 Software Update:

Oneplus is sending out the incremental OxygenOS rollout with the latest June 2022 security patch for the Oneplus Nord 2. The update is live in multiple regions with build version DN2101_11_A.21 for India & DN2103_11_A.21​ for Europe and includes the latest security patch.

OnePlus Nord 2 was released in July 2021 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

The update is randomly pushed to a limited number of users today to ensure there are no critical bugs and also to ensure the stability of this update. If no critical bugs are found, they will be rolled out to all the users within a few days.

Note: For people who may wonder why we’re releasing an update based on OxygenOS 11, this is because OxygenOS 12 version is still in the process of a staged rollout. In order to provide a more stable user experience for those still on OxygenOS 11, we’re releasing this build.

The android 11 users had skipped May 2022 Security Patch, but people who had received Android 12 beta 2, with newer OxygenOS 12.1 had got the previous month’s security patch, but they are still expected to get the latest security patch, we think it may soon arrive later this month with bug fixes.

The OnePlus Nord 2 has been released with an Android 11 out of the box. So, the upcoming Android 12 update will be its first major OS update.
