Vivo is one of the OEM which emerged as one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands in both offline and online market. Every year they launch several smartphones in different price categories.
This time around, they showcased their new OS called the OriginOS though not updates are rollout out yet, but we may see lot of concepts of OriginOS into FuntouchOS 12 & iQOO UI 3.0 or as a whole replaced by it as well.
Vivo always impressed their user with android updates. They launch Android 11 for some of the selected devices even before the official announcement of Android 11 and now preparing for Android 12 and started Beta testing for some smartphones. The upcoming Android skin of Vivo is Funtouch OS 12.
The Funtouch OS 12 is expected to arrive later this year maybe around Sept-Oct months, It will be mostly based on Vivo's new OS called the OriginOS, which was showcased, most probably all its devices running Funtouch OS 11 will get the new OriginOS with the material you design in mind.
It's expected to replace FuntouchOS though there are no updates on the OS itself & hardly or any device got the stable release of OriginOS yet, Only Vivo knows how they take the update cycle.

Basically it's modified version of Funtouch OS, with stock launcher on Top, It has less bloatware compared to funtouchOS and more intuitive.We are yet to see they combine new features of OriginOS with iQoo UI.
The Beta version of Funtouch OS 12 has already launched for developers for testing purpose. You will see Funtouch OS 12 update in the following smartphones
Vivo launches a handful of smartphones early this year with Android 11. We have to wait for the official announcement by Vivo. The Vivo Beta version 1 was in May 2021 and it is expected That version 2 will be launched in late July 2021. Android 12 Vivo for its devices will be available as soon it arrives on pixel series.

There are some Vivo smartphones which was lauched in 2020 with Funtouch OS and now waiting for their new android.
There are a no. of Vivo smartphones that may or may not be updated with Android 12. We have to wait for the official announcement by Vivo.
Google has announced Android 12 Beta 1 and As per the track of Vivo, already started Beta testing for several smartphones. The list of smartphones mentioned above is likely to update soon with Android 12, Unless any sudden changes in the plan of Vivo.
The available Beta version of Android 12 is for developers only and does not support an online upgrade and requires a manual update.
